Welcome to Coastal Core Pilates! By accessing our website at coastalcore-pilates.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use this Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the security of the Site, render the Site inaccessible to others, or otherwise cause damage to the Site or its content. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that might interfere with the rights of third parties.

3. Registration and Membership

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to register for an account and provide certain personal information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Cancellations

Payments: All fees for classes, memberships, and other services must be paid in advance. We accept payment via Stripe.

Recurring memberships: All memberships require an initial commitment of three months. Following this period, the membership will automatically convert to a month-to-month plan with recurring payments.

Cancellations: You may cancel your class booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a penalty fee or loss of credit. Cancellation of memberships must be requested 30 days prior to your next billing date. Please email all cancellation requests to: info@coastalcore-pilates.com.

5. Health and Safety

By participating in any classes or activities at Coastal Core Pilates, you acknowledge that you are in good health and capable of engaging in physical exercise. You assume all risks associated with participation, including potential injury or illness, and agree that Coastal Core Pilates is not liable for any harm you may experience. You agree to follow all safety guidelines, inform instructors of any health issues, and stop exercising if you experience discomfort. Additionally, you understand that participation may expose you to infectious diseases, including COVID-19, and you accept this risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Core Pilates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or participation in any of our classes or services.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coastal Core Pilates and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Site.

8. Changes to the Terms of Service
