OUR INSTRUCTORS
Kaitlyn was born and raised in Southern California and discovered Pilates through her background in dance. Inspired by its transformative benefits, she pursued teacher training at Mt. San Antonio College and has been teaching for over 10 years. She loves leading faster-paced flows with a strong emphasis on form, helping clients build strength, confidence, and body awareness.

Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Sam grew up as a dancer, which led her to discover Pilates while attending Chapman University. With five years of teaching experience, she blends classical and contemporary styles to create engaging and dynamic classes. Sam focuses on the fundamentals in Core 1 and Core 2, helping clients build strength, confidence, and body awareness while keeping movement fun and challenging.

Frederica began her teaching journey 10 years ago in New York City while working as a media and technology executive. After years of prolonged sitting and travel, she turned to yoga and Pilates to relieve physical and mental stress. Initially pursuing teacher training to deepen her own practice, she discovered a passion for teaching and has since accumulated over 20 years of experience in both disciplines. Frederica’s classes focus on efficient, flowing movement while providing practical cues that extend beyond the studio—helping clients apply Pilates principles to everyday life for better posture, breath control, and overall well-being.

Shaylie has been teaching Reformer Pilates for around two years and was drawn to the practice for its ability to improve strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. After experiencing its benefits firsthand, she decided to become an instructor to help others feel their best. Her favorite part of teaching is guiding clients toward greater confidence in their bodies while enhancing mobility and strength. Shaylie strives to create a supportive, personalized environment where everyone can achieve their fitness goals at their own pace.
